ALL ABOUT ROWAN: I’m active duty Air Force since 2012. I’m a grease monkey jet mechanic by trade and I absolutely love it. I love being outdoors and all things sports! Soon to be mama (early September 2020). I can be as extroverted as they come by I also indulge in being a home body. I’ve recently (the past year or two) become a huge advocate for PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and infertility as I am someone who suffers from both. Taking control of my health physically and mentally has been my biggest success in my adult life so far.
BODY STRUGGLES: Cutting out toxic people has been the BIGGEST gain for me in the aspect of self love. It’s amazing how 1 toxic ass person can destroy someone’s confidence and vision of themselves. BEST decision I’ve ever made. If you think it’s not possible, IT IS and you WILL be fine without them. NOBODY in this universe is worth your self love because nobody can love you the way you can. I was tired of being miserable which is what gave me the courage to make my decision. I looked back at how confident I was and how I used to love myself and missed that and that’s when I knew I am worth everything and nobody (no man or partner or friend) can match my worth my value to myself.
BUCKET LIST: Win my body building (all natural) pro card, travel the world to eat amazing food, open my own coffee shop, open my own animal rescue.
Why did you want to be a Glambassador? I love everything about advocating self-love, confidence in your own skin, body positivity, and seeing the beauty in the body. Women are such powerful creations and every women deserves to see that about herself. Being a Glambassador (to me) meant that I could possibly help someone else see their beautifully badass self- and that to me is gold.
